The Space

Bella Vista - 18 people (19 people if requested)

Bella Vista is the main house that can sleep up to 18 people (19 people if requested) in 7 bedrooms. This house is located near the river and has access to a newly constructed Infinity pool and hot tub. This house has a spacious living room and kitchen perfect for large group gatherings. The kitchen provides brand new state of the art appliances with a coffee bar. The house also includes a game room with a fully customized Texas themed pool table. Enjoy the large wrap around balcony which gives a view out to the beautiful Colorado river and overlooks the Infinity pool.

The Infinity pool is about 50 ft by 20 ft and ranges from a depth of 3 ft to 5 ft. The pool has posts for you to set up a volleyball net which is provided for some water volleyball. The pool cannot be heated. The pool has a swim up kitchen with premium grills and outdoor appliances. The pool has lots of outdoor sitting options for those who want to relax under the sun. The lounge chairs, pool chairs, or the fire pit are all viable options to sit near for those who don't want to get wet.

Bella Rio - 10 people

Bella Rio is the other house provided on the property. Located next to the main house (Bella Vista), Bella Rio can sleep up to 10 people. This house has a scenic view of the great Texas Hill Country. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this house. The house also comes with a living room and kitchen. You can relax in the backyard with outdoor seating and enjoy the nice view of the Colorado River.

Bella Casa - 18 people

Bella Casa is a newly renovated house which offers the perfect blend of modern and comfortable living. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, Bella Casa provides ample space for families, friends, or groups to relax and recharge. The expansive living room features stylish furnishings and plenty of room for everyone to gather. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen with complete modern appliances and all the essentials you need. Lastly, step outside to enjoy the vast lawn, perfect for outdoor activities, or simply enjoying in the serene surroundings.

The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is where all the fun is located. You can enjoy your own private gym with new and premium gym equipment. The Clubhouse includes a Kitchenette and 2 restrooms. The Clubhouse also includes a pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard table, air hockey table, and foosball table. You can relax and enjoy watching some TV with the 85" wall mounted television.

But the fun doesn't end there, outside the Clubhouse you can find the brand new volleyball, basketball, and pickleball courts ready for use. There is also a playset with slides and swings for children to enjoy!

Our water comes from a filtered lake system and is perfectly usable. Many guests choose bottled water out of personal preference, so you’re welcome to bring some if you’d like.

Bella Vista Resort Rules & Policies

Respect and care for the property are expected at all times. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all rental funds and security deposits, and may incur additional charges.

General Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

No pets allowed.

Please check Burnet County Burn Ban policy before your stay.

Quiet hours (Friday-Saturday) are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Quiet hours (Sunday-Thursday) are from 9 PM to 7 AM.

Pool, Hot Tub, and Fire Pit Use

Use of these amenities is at your own risk.

No rough play, or glass containers in the pool, hot tub, or spa areas.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Safety and Liability

Bella Vista Resort and its owners are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

Use of the hot tub, pool, fire pit, or other facilities is at your own risk. Guests are fully responsible for their party’s safety.

Avoid using these facilities while intoxicated, under medication, or if health conditions pose a risk.

Guests waive any claims against Bella Vista Resort, its owners, and affiliates by booking a reservation.

Property Use & Care

The property may not be used for unlawful purposes.

Guests are responsible for reporting any pre-existing damages upon arrival.

Excessive damage to furniture or property will be charged at the owner's discretion.

Additional Policies

All trash must be disposed of in designated bins.

By booking, guests agree to Bella Vista Resort’s rules, liability waiver, and policies.

Acknowledgment & Waiver

By confirming your reservation at Bella Vista Resort, you agree to abide by these rules and policies. Booking a stay constitutes a binding agreement, including the liability release.
